Albums, Display Pages and Memory Prompts
Choose from our range of unique, handmade albums and accompanying products and design services. Albums come ready-made, personalised (for your child, family, self, a relative or friend) or customised (for your school or organisation).
Shipping
Inicio Albums ships within Australia and internationally. Because each album is hand-made and the Design-Your-Own Album and School Albums are personalised or customised, we can sometimes require up to 20 business days. Delivery may be faster if we have already customised an album for your school or have the particular album you request in stock. All domestic and international packages will be sent via Fastway, which is registered and able to be tracked. Our checkout includes delivery costs for Australia, NZ, US, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Europe. Please contact me if you would like to check the cost of delivery for a different country. Shipping costs for up to 4 albums are included in the checkout. Should your order be more, please contact me to arrange a separate quote for delivery.
It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if an order does not arrive by emailing info@inicioalbums.com.au. Once we learn an order has not arrived within a reasonable period we will lodge an enquiry with the courier and advise you of any issues that are discovered.
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery or non-delivery and late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your Inicio Albums purchase, you have 28 calendar days to return the item from the date it was received. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in. Your item must be in the original packaging and you must retain your receipt of purchase.
Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The only exception to this policy, is if the product received is incorrect or damaged, in which case Inicio Albums will refund you for your return shipping costs, also.

Orders
In order to make an on-line purchase, please register an account with our website. It is also possible to order by contacting me (contact page/email/phone) and arranging payment by either a direct deposit (bank account or PayID/mobile number) or credit card. Processing of your order will commence once payment has been received. You can choose to pay in 2 or 3 separate instalments. Again, please contact me to arrange this. For the Design-Your-Own Albums and School Albums, it may not be possible to cancel an order if this process has commenced. Please contact me if you have any queries or concerns.
Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment
The full payment for your order is deducted from your credit card/Paypal account on completion of your order. All purchases made through the Inicio Albums website will be processed through the Paypal e-commerce gateway to ensure the security of your personal information. We also accept payment by direct deposit (bank account or PayID/mobile number) and credit card (phone or app). If you would like to pay over 2 or 3 instalments, please contact me (contact page/email/phone) to arrange.
Damage
If you receive any goods in a damaged condition, we may issue you with either a substitute item or a refund for the amount paid, at our discretion if you notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. We may ask you to provide proof of the damage, as a condition of refund or replacement.
